Is the bottle of wine included?
No. This product includes the personalised adhesive wine bottle label only. The wine and bottle shown in our photographs are for display purposes.
Can I personalise the teacher’s name?
Yes. Enter the teacher’s name in the personalisation box exactly as you would like it to appear on the finished label.
Can this be used for an SNA or classroom assistant?
Yes. The design can also make a lovely Christmas thank-you gift for an SNA, classroom assistant or other member of school staff, provided the requested wording fits within the design.
How do I apply the label?
Make sure the bottle surface is clean, completely dry and at room temperature. Carefully position the label and smooth it onto the bottle, working from the centre outwards. Instructions will be sent with your order also.
How long will my order take?
Personalised orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days. Rush orders may be available if you need your label sooner; please contact us before ordering.

We strive to process all orders within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that all items are hand made to order and delays may be incurred when volumes are high and at peak seasons. Products such as the baby keepsake boxes can incur a lead time of 2 weeks due to the intricate detail involved.
For express orders, please contact us directly. Where possible, we will try to accommodate rush orders.
Domestic and international shipping
Currently we ship within Ireland and Northern Ireland. To enquire about international shipping, please contact us directly. International shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HanaLee Studios are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
